Sky player help!!!!???

Question

Right, before I had a laptop I had a pc, I have sky TV and have just found out about sky player, i installed it and tried to log in, but told me I was signing in from another computer, I did use the other pc for sky movies, what do I do now, I am gutted lol, can anyone help can I go to the sky website and change it, thanks i am an ideot so please explain carefully thanks again thanks.

(Ok just tried to take someone else advice and it wont even let me log in and chnage the settings from my laptop) please help

Have you tried contacting SKy direct for help. Im sure they will have an option to e-mail for help.

Sky have set up the Player to be one PC per household - a real pain if you change PC even from the old Sky Anytime to Sky Player (they use the same rights management data I believe).

So...you have to phone SKY on 0870 609 4508 to change the PC (I did it and they made the change quickly).  I would of course like to see an answer that didn't require the call.
