Sky remote control?

my sky remote operates my tv ok but stopped operating my digi box, how can this be,i have a pace digi box.

So i have to change channels manually, any 1 had same prob

Remote needs to be reset which is really simple process, contact Sky Technical Helpline no on 08702 43 5000 and an adviser will talk you through this process.

The Sky Remote will automatically default to operate a Sony TV only, if you don't have a Sony TV they will reset the remote to function the Set Top Box then your TV.

Ben R is correct. if it wont work after pressing the big blue button you have a problem. if it still works your tv and not your sky box your sky box isnt receiving the infra red signal from the remote and therefore needs replacing.

for it to operate the sky box you have to press sky and then it should. if it doesn't you have a problem

just check the batteries,there might be enough power to work the tv but not enough to power the digi box ,if this doesn't help order a new remote from sky.

follow the sky remote instructions and program in the code for the digibox.
