Sleep help?

Is there any foods or smells that can help me sleep? I heard that lavnder did. Is that true?

  1. You can try a nice cup of Chamomile Tea. That has certain elements to help you relax and fall asleep faster.

    Try drinking warm mily before sleep

    If this doesn't work, try sleeping pills

  4. Warm milk is supposed to help.

    Eating dried cherries (rich in melatonin) an hour before bedtime is also supposed to help.

  5. drink warm drinks. they will make you tired.
