Question:

Sleeping, is it okay..?

If I go to bed from 8 pm and wake at 1 AM (5 hours) and since some say that prior to 12 AM every hour = 2 of sleep.......will I be able to function for my exams tomorrow (at 9 am...11 and 2 pm)

i need to get up early so i can study. thanks alot

  1. Well of course you'll be able to function but you might not be as focused. Be sure to eat a big and healthy breakfast!

    With your study and sleep rountine look for new patterns to find the one that gives you the best nights rest and sufficient study time.

    Make sure you dont leave home without eating breakfast.Include protein and perhaps avoid high sugar cereals.

    If possible walk the distance in the morning as this pumps oxygen to your brain,muscles and releases that feel-good chemical,serotonin.

    In the examination room try simple breathing exercise.

    Withdraw your mind from outside object as total concentration is essential.

  3. 5 hours isn't bad but it is proven that if you study 30 minutes before going to bed you'll remember everything better. At least you can go over the important stuff. I think that if it is good sleep you'll be fine.
