Question:

Sleeping issues .. ?

no matter what i do , i can never seem to wind down and get some sleep .. ive tried gravol , counting sheep , reading , hypnotism :| .. all that ..

any suggestions ??

  1. It has always been suggested, especially to pregnant women in the 50's and 60's to have one glass of red wine (sweet or not) before you go to bed.  It will relax you and move you towards slumber.  It is also great for you with the antioxidants.  Also, do not do anything in your bedroom but sleep (well, and the fun stuff).  No tv, no reading, no googling.  Nothing.  Just sleep.  It psychologically moves your mood to doing nothing.
