Slow water in whirlpool dishwasher

Question

I have a whirlpool Quietpartner I dishwasher and I am not getting enough water into the dishwasher. When I watch the water filling it is coming into the washer real slow but Ia have great pressure at the feeder hose. Is the solenoid that the feeder hose attaches to the problem and if so how does it come out.
