Smackdown vs Raw 2008 Achievements

Question

I've been trying to get some achievements in Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for the Xbox 360, but even when I do what it asks, I don't get the achievement. Examples:

1. Powerbomb your opponent onto steel steps- I did it about ten times before I got bored and pinned the guy, still no achievement.

2. Pin a powerhouse with a possum pin- tried five different times with different guys, but none work.

3. GM of the year award- I was REALLY mad when this one didn't work because this took a while. Won the award, but no achievement.

Certain ones work, but most don't. Is this a problem with the game?

i think this game has faults. i keep beating the hardys at summerslam without getting the hall of fame thing. very frustrating. it is an awful game please let 2009 be better!

My friend said he had the same problem, he doesn't know.

i think so. i didnt kno they had diff ones for xbox. i got it for ps3 and they seem more simple
