Smog in High Rise Apartments?

Are those who live in high-rise apartments/ condominiums exposed to smog/pollution released by cars way below in the roads? Say, living in the 30th floor or the 50th? Or do smog settle in the ground?

  1. I would think they all have A/C and filter the air coming in.
