Snowboarding question?!?!?!?!?!?

Question

Im 15 years old and im starting snowboarding and i was wondering what size board would be the perfect size for me. and what brands should i get. i hear that Burton is good for boards but i dont know what else is good for bindings and boots?

please help it would be much appreciated!

Your height and weight make all the difference. But for a 15 year old I'd say a 152-155

As for brands. It depends on what you wanna do. And your price range. Some good ones are Burton, Rome and Forum.

Hey Nick. Its awesome that you are getting into the sport, you will love it. As for brands, there are so many great companies that make great products that it is hard to narrow it down. Some people love Burton, some people hate Burton... it all really depends on who you are asking. You should look for a board that fits your needs and specifications, dont necessarily worry about which company makes it. Every board has its own characteristics. As for size, it depends mostly on your weight, style of riding, and shape of the board. Every company makes their bindngs a little bit different. One thing is the same though... as you go up in price, you also go up in comfort and durability. There is no secret there. Boots are hard to reccommend because everybody has a different shaped foot. I would go into a shop and try different ones on to figure out what fits and what doesn't. Always size down from your street shoe size.

a 152-155.Or most of all every snowboarder knows their snowboard has to be from their feet up to their chin.the best brands are Burton the one you mentioned and DC gear and snowboards.
