it's only a part time job but it's still a job interview.

dress clean. be professional. give the person you are interviewing a comfortable hand shake (not firm or hard). answer the person's question and never digress. be confident and always stand up straight. give them a good first impression. note that first impression is usually a vital thing in defining who u are as an individual.

Do a google search on common interview questions so you have an idea of what might be asked and mentally prepare some answers.  For example:

Why are you looking for a job?

What do you know about our company?

What are your strengths / weaknesses?

Do you like to work alone or with others?

What kind of skills do you have that tranfer to this job? or what classes have you taken that you think could help you in this job?

And have a few questions prepared for them so when they ask "do you have any questions" you are ready, for example:

What are the hours?

What is the dress code?

Why is this position open (if appropriate)?

Why do you like working for this company? How long have you been here?

How/when do you do performance reviews?

And as you've seen in a lot of other answers, arrive a few minutes early, dress conservatively, stand up and shake hands with the interviewer, listen and think a minute before answering quesitons, thank him/her for their time at the end of the interview, get a business card and send a thank you note when it's over.

Clean up, dress profesonal, be friendly try to connect to the interviewer on a personal level.

Make sure to only put forward you best foot. NEVER talk about the stuff you are not prowd of even if they ask you a question like tell about a time where things went wrong. Find some example where things only went wrong for a second, and you made the right choice.

Always remember, preparation always pays off. Both the face-to-face and phone interviews are equally important and deal-killer at the same time. There is a general misconception that phone interviews are less formal than face-to-face interviews, but in fact that is what lands you an opportunity for a face to face meeting.

eat a good breakfast tomorrow morning, also keep hydrated! drink water right when you wake up.

dress professionally, but give the outfit a unique spin to show off your personal style (just make sure the spin is appropriate and NOT distracting.... haha).

continuously make eye contact with the person, both when you are talking (to show earnestness) and when they are talking (to show attentiveness). this gives you a huge connection with the interviewer.

show them that you have passion for the job by putting lots of energy into the things you say, and also your gestures. shake their hand earnestly, smile, laugh, be pleasant, even make an appropriate joke. show them that you are full of life and confidence.

suck up! give them what they want to hear. if you are interviewing for a secretarial job, let them know about your organizational skills and ability to communicate over the phone. a job waiting tables at a restaurant, rant about how great the food is and how much you love the restaurants environment. a cashier at a clothing store, tell them all about your love of fashion. etc.

if you remember to breathe, remind yourself of all your strong points, and tell yourself that you can bag the job, then you will have the confidence to pull it off. believe in yourself and know that you can succeed.
