When you're on you're period does that give you a less or more chance of getting pregnant? And why?

You cannot get pregnant while you are ovulating. Why because there are a lot of fluids being flushed from your uterus, in the form of mucus or blood. I you feel the need to get pregnant the best chance is 2 days before, or up to 3 days after your period. I agree with all my friends above it is not a very plesasant experience for either party to have intercourse at the height of your period.
