  1. Based on your spelling and grammar, I don't think you should drop out of school at all, and to let you know, you need a Grade 12 education or the equivilant to your high school diploma to become a hairdresser now.

And just because you'll go to private school doesn't mean you'll never have a boyfriend. Boys are not as important as an education is. You'll realize that soon after you leave school, if you do go through with it.

I've been there, where I left school early, and where I am today isn't the best. Yes, I am the happy and successful mother of 1 and one on the way and a very happy wife to my husband, but that's about all I am. I'm 22 and don't have my high school diploma yet. It is a struggle to keep a job, let alone find one. If and when I find a job, it's sheer luck.

Trust me, finishing school, at least until you have a high school diploma is the best thing you can do for yourself, if nothing else, no matter where you achieve that diploma.

  2. Maybe a private school might be able to teach you better grammer and spelling. Just deal with it. Everyone has to do things they don't want- it's part of life. I'm sure you will find new friends, and school isn't the only place you can meet boys.

  3. How do you know that you do not fit in? How? Are you 100 percent sure? How can you be sure if you haven't even tried.

  4. What will you do? Suck it up. And you will meet new friends at your new school.

You'll never have a boyfriend? Oh please. You go to school to learn, not to find a boyfriend.  Your first priority should be getting an education, not boys.

Leaving school at 16 to become a hairdresser? How about staying in school till your 18, graduate and then go to hairdressing school?

I think you just need to accept it and move on. You'll have plenty of time to have a boyfriend. And as for your old friends, can you not keep in touch by phone or the internet?
