Sociology Questionnaire?

Question

Im doing a sociological investigation of career progression of women in todays society.

What sort of closed ended questions would be good to put in my questionnaire?

Any ideas anybody?

Im thinking along the lines of

Have you recieved good advice?

How long have you been employed?

Have you ever applied for promotion?

Have you ever gained promotion?

Have you recieved good advice in your career?

What is your standard of education?

etc?

Can anybody offer any advice, anybody done anything similar?

I had to do something similar with regard to the attitudes to marriage.  I had enough trouble doing my own homework without starting on yours, but why dont you try looking up your topic in the sociology text book "Themes and Perspectives"  by Haralambos and Holborn.  You will be surprised how questions just come to you as you read around the subject.
