Question:

Many finicial experts warn today's retirees that they should not expect to rely solely on social security for their income. They also encourage young adults to start planning early for retirement. Do you expect to ever retire?

-If yes, When? Do you think that social security will be a significant source of income during your retirement years? What societal factions are most likely to influence your retirement plans?

-If no, why not? Do you think that social security will be a significant source of income for you in your later years?

  1. yes those financial expert r correct.  soc secu is not enough as inflation will eat it away.  

    its best to work till u drop!!

    u really hv to trim your lifestyle and change your habits or the $$ will shrink so fast.

    u may end up depending on your kids.  tt's not good.  so u better start saving, fixed deposit which is not much, trust funds, insurance  etc so the $$ will in some ways catch up with inflation.  

    i hv to depend on investments / insurance besides soc secu. maybe i hv to work again - probably next yr.  let me enjoy this carefree days for the next year....haha!

    its really nice to be free!  wake up late etc
