  1. i play baseball but whatever...if you wanna get better at hitting you can go to a batting cage...but with fielding you can have someone hit you grounders or pop flys and just get the feeling of making the plays...itll become instinct...im 16 and a catcher so i grab one of my pitcher buddys he works on his pitching and i catch. during the season im golden cause i had that extra practice.

  2. A good way to practice hitting is at a batting cage or with something like a hit-away which is a softball or baseball attached do a rope kind of thing and you wrap it around a pole and practice hitting on that.

The best way to practice fielding is with a friend or neighbor because that can help 2 people but if there is no one else to field with u can get something called a bounce back or practice net I have one and I love it It's like stretched out netting and you throw the ball and it comes back the best ones are ones with two different angles ( because you can practice grounders or pop  flies but they are Really hard to find) There are also reaction balls which bounce at different angles and they help you stay on your toes. 3. ive been playing for ten years or so. i dont know of any specifically but my best advice would be just practice. get out there as much as possible and throw the ball around with whoever you can, if you know someone that has played or if you can get ahold of a coach that would be best!

idk what position you play but my advice...

outfield- when you practice, work on long throws. progressivly back up, get longer each day.

infield- work on accuracy, hitting targets. if you dont have someone to practice with just throw to a target.

pitcher or catcher- you really need someone that knows what they are doing but im a pitcher so email me if you are and ill give you some more info!

also work on short distance sprints. being able to run bases fast is always anvantageous.

as far as hitting goes... ive never really been strong in that area either. sorry.

  4. i dont have any sites but why dont you just do things yourself to train? go to the batting cages regularly and im assuming your in fastpitch? if you are then work your way up at the cages to faster speeds. if your not in fastpitch then maybe just go to the next one higher than slowpitch and help with hand eye cordination. also run/jog...i didnt go all crazy running but i did maybe once a week. if your a pitcher like i was then you could get a 5 gallon bucket and set it up outside somewhere on blocks and pitch into it if you dont have someone to catch (i didnt always). if you do come across someone to just toss ball with you then get a softball and have someone nail a bunch of nails in it to make it heavier. its like a weight to get your arm muscles in good throwing shape. thats all i can think of for now...its late!!
