how Much does Solar Power Cost? how much does it cost a month? how much does it cost to install it? How much Will it save me versus electricity? dont have to answer all of them? just at least answer 1 for me! thank you

The installed cost of photovoltaic power systems typically runs $10 per watt of capacity.  The equipment can generate a maximum of 2 kWh per year per watt of installed capacity, which is now worth about 25 cents.  So, it is not economic unless you can catch a fat subsidy -- which, sometimes, you can.

It will be expensive to build. I once built one for a remote communications repeater . The solar panels for about 500 watts was $10,000 and the mounting was expensive, This was so remote on top of a mountain and every thing was brought in by helicopter. It work well even though it was pretty cloudy. About 3 months a wind storm blew the panels all over the jungle. Yes we rebuilt it as it worked very good.

It's pretty expensive to install.  I believe it's in the hundreds of dollars per square foot which equates to thousands of dollars the larger the home (naturally).  The problem with it is, it is a good source for energy in limited quanities as it tends to be inefficient and unreliable.  You can extract only so much from solar energy.  Generally, if a building has solar panels, it still needs traditional power to back it up to make up for the differences where it lacks, such as cloudy day, higher energy consumption demands . . .  It's more of a feel-good type of energy that is really only affordable for those who don't need to worry about energy costs.  It's kind of like buying a hybrid car.  It's great for all the money on gas you save, but what you're saving in fuel costs you're paying more for in the car itself.

This is a very subjective question that varys with individual needs and locations.

Initially solar power is more expensive to setup. But, it pays for itself over time. Also you may be eligible for state & federal gov grants & tax credits.

As for each month, it's entirely possible depending on where you live & your energy needs you could be "off the grid". You even could be sending energy to your local power company & getting $ for it.

It is very expensive to set up. The after cost savings will not be noticed for quite some time. What people are doing these days is purchasing an entire solar energy system for their new homes and having it factored into their mortgage payment. So they end up having little to no light bill and only a small amount more on their mortgage payment. That seems to be the way to go if your intentions are to save money.
