from my pearl EX snare drum to a pearl masters MMX

Is this upgrade worth the trouble?

whether the change would be big or small

I'll definitely not be getting a reference snare drum

I just know it has a wiiide tuning range

better hoops and lugs.

Is this better for live purposes?

i have had a pearl mmx for a few months now, and i really enjoy the tone of the instrument. i personally think that going from an ex would be a major upgrade.
