Somehtings wrong with my body?

i would usually run 25 minutes feeling puffed out at the end but tpoday when i ran after 10 mins i already felt the strain of running 25

can anybody help me out here i dont feel like i ran full force for the first 10 minutes i paced my self out but today i felt more puffed thne usual does anybody know why?

  1. So many possibilities, none of which seem to be life threatening.  Bad days happen to everyone.  The previous poster asked some good questions.

    If you took in 150 less calories than normal yesterday, then slept less than a normal day, your body may have just given you the big finger when you tried to stress is under these conditions.

    I would say nothing to worry about.  If down the line 1-3 weeks if your routine is the same as it has always been and you still cant catch up, maybe see a doc for a checkup.  You might have a bug, or have developed asthma or something.  But for now, shrug it off!

  2. Sometimes everyone has a bad day.

    You could have overtrained, causing your body to be tired. That makes even an easy run hard.

    Also, what was the weather like? How is your diet? Are you getting enough sleep?

    All these are possible options.

  3. Diet, Sleep, Water intake, these could all effect your performance.

    Nothing is wrong with you

  4. try getting some rest im sure ull be back to ur self if u sleep a bit :]

  5. You just need to get into the habit of running every single day, your body needs time to adapt itself.
