I'd suggest Irving Berlin's "Always," absent the introductory stanza. Fortunately, it's left off most covers of the song. The trick is going to be to find a cover at a slow enough tempo, which will be a little bit of a challenge but far from an insurmountable problem. And many dance studios have editing equipment that can get the tempo right for you.

Berlin wrote it as a wedding gift for his wife, so it's historically and aesthetically right.

It's also a waltz, and that's the easiest dance for the "look" you want, and can be done in just a few lessons. Here, I'm assuming you aren't both accomplished ballroom dancers but are planning a consultation and a lesson package.
