What is the Sony DAV-F500's exclusive new feature that lets you copy music direct from CD into a USB Walkman called?

All I came acroos was that it's called  Sony’s USB CD player and reproduced,  play music (MP3, WMA, AAC) and photos (JPEG); CD reproduced (MP3) to Walkman or USB memory, for CD-to-USB direct music-ripping it. The name sounds very strange, unless there's another name for it. It's the Sony’s USB CD player and reproduced.
