Well, because your hair are very dark, I would say caramel/dark brown high lights, just so that they don't seem too outrageous. Haha, you still look good without makeup.

Maybe some kind of subtle caramel colored highlights?  I don't know, I'm not very good at this stuff.  Just seems like it would match your skin.  It shouldn't really matter what you get, you're a pretty girl either way.  Personally, I like your hair the way it is.
