Sore, red, Lips?

What is the best way of getting rid of sore, dry and chapped lips? They have a red ring around the lip and is really red and sore!!!

Vaseline!! Trust me I get exactly what you described all the time, especially in Winter. Just put on some vaseline in the morning and whenever you feel you need it during the day and before you go to sleep. It really works and it's cheap!

just use chapstick, whenever lipsare sore or dry they are a great cure or whatever i mean they dont cure but these sooth the lips or something?
