Sore throat help.......!?

I've felt awful for two days now. I can't sleep at night... it's like I just can't get comfortable enough to fall asleep because my throat feels itchy and scratchy. I also have a bit of a cough which doesn't help either. Is there something besides DayQuill/NyQuil that I can take. I've been sucking on cough drops, using Chloroseptic and taking tylenol but it's not helping. I really need to get a decent nights sleep as I'm ex hasted!

tylenol and sleeping pills?

try gargling warm salt water too

try taking benadryl a side effect is drowsiness.
