Sorry To Be A Nag But...?

Question

If your favorite driver or one of your favorite drivers is Kyle Busch, was he your favorite/one of your favorites last year with HMS?

Also, if you dislike Mr. 18, did you just start to dislike him this year after Richmond?

ive hated him when he started being really arrogant and thinking hes al that when it's just his cars last year and the year bfor that he got the same equipment and treatment until the end of last year and could some one tell me how many wins he got and then tell me how many jeff and jimmie got

the only reason hes wining is cause jgr is ahead of everyone in body design and engine design

the reason his teammates are doing bad is cause they are still doing things they did with the old car and also not adapting to toyota and the cot cant wait till tony gets back in an american car !!! lol I'm always the first to say all the cars in cup are made in america

Jimmie Johnson is my favorite driver but I have never liked Kyle Busch.  He was never a very good teammate and didn't seem to contribute much to the overall good of the team.  I do respect his talent and recognize his potential but his attitude and the way he treats his peers makes me unable to cheer for him.

I like many drivers.  I like Kyle Busch because he has no fear.  I said last year that Hendrick made a mistake giving that one up.  He's going to win some races for Toyota in 08.  

I love the M & M's on the car though.  They are my favorite paint scheme.

I was fairly neutral until the Coke 600 back in 2006 where he threw his hissy fit.  That is where he threw his HANS device at Casey Mears.  That was like the straw that broke the camel's back (he was already getting on my nerves with his arrogance)- I decided then that he was very immature as well.  "Immature" and "Arrogant" are 2 qualitites I dislike in a driver.  Put them together and that driver will be strongly disliked for me.

I do recognize his talent, but I dislike him immensely.

He's been my favorite since the first time I saw him race.  He has always had the talent, it's been fun watching him perfect his skills.

HMS was my favorite team ever since 1998. Before that I was mostly just a Rusty Wallace fan. Anyway I was a huge fan of all the Hendrick  drivers when it was Busch, Gordon, Johnson, and Vickers. Well, Rick goes off and "gets rid" of Vickers. I still liked him after that, and wanted him to see that it was a mistake replacing him with Mears. I still liked all the drivers at HMS except for Mears, though. Then in 07 he announces he's gettin rid of Busch for Jr. At that point I'm not liking Rick at all. And then he starts leaving Busch out of the team meetings at the end of the season and I started seeing how bad of a guy Rick really is. This year I still cheer for Gordon, and a little bit Johnson, but not as much as I used to, in general I'm not really a fan of HMS anymore. I have no faults with any of the drivers at JGR this season so I guess they would be my favorite team now since I like all of their drivers, and Joe Gibbs is a very good person.

Like I said, HMS has been my favorite team for about 10 years now, but Rick is finally starting to s***w it up by getting rid of good drivers almost every year it seems like, and there's not as much stabilization in the team anymore. What bumped Kyle Busch really high on my favorites was the 2007 Prelude to the Dream. He looked like he had been driving dirt late models all his life when that was actually his first race, and he drove crazy and finished 2nd. In that race I was actually rooting for him to win over my favorite Jeff Gordon just because of how Kyle Busch was driving it high, low, in the middle and all over the place like he stole it. It was just cool that he and Gordon had a good battle for the whole race, but Kyle just outdrove everybody coming up through the field, and that's when I seen that he had that much talent. Now I'm glad he's away from HMS and Rick Hendrick and not being held back from his potential.

Oh yeah I'm still cheer for Vickers and I think he'll do good this weekend. I've not really been a team fan, it's just in 2006 I liked all the drivers at HMS, and this year I like all the drivers at JGR. I think JGR is the most loaded team as far as talent goes.  And if most Jr. fans say they didn't like him even before Richmond, they're probably being honest. Not many liked Kyle before Richmond either, but more than anything I think it was because he was a Busch bro. and he kinda got stuck with the boos. The Richmond thing just made them like him even less I believe.

no i have never like kyle or kurt busch last year or this year, they are still the same as ever. i myself like Kevin Harvick. no matter if he good or bad. he still a good race car driver to the heart.

Yes, he was my favorite at HMS.

I've said before, the spring Pocono race in 2005, after watching him interviewed is when I became his fan.

I've been on here all season, BEFORE he started winning!!

I will be the first to admit that I didn't think about him at all until HMS gave him the boot. He is not my favorite driver! But I sure like the way he is proving to everyone, including himself, that just because Rick doesn't want you doesn't mean it's the end of your career!!! Stick it to him a little more Kyle, just so he understands!

Dale Jr. was my favorite driver for years...(by default after his dad died)  but while his dad was still alive I rooted for Jr.  

That was after I started watching NASCAR again.  I think it took me several years after Sr. passed away and then 9/11 and TV just wasn't worth watching when so many things were happening.

Then I guess in 2003 or 4 I started watching again....

I watched Kyle while he was with HMS and in the Busch series and I thought 'man if only he wasn't with HMS....I could almost root for him'.  Because I liked his brash young ways.

Then the the big news came that Jr. was going with HMS and Kyle was being kicked to the curb more or less.  So actually it was in 2007 when that announcement was made I kept a closer watch on that boy Rowdy.  After reading everything I could on him and visiting different sites etc...I was glad that I had made that choice.
