On an old system (about 2002) I formatted and reloaded XP Professional with service pack 3; everything ok, but as I don't have the original installation cd for the drivers, I have tried several cds from other motherboards; the installation goes through, but when it completes, the sound controller won't stay, and of course there is no sound. Also, I have downloaded so far two versions from realtek, but the same thing happened :( I know the problem has to do with code 10, which I don't have the foggiest idea of what it is.Thank you for any help you can provide.
