The cover artwork is a distorted photograph of the band members above an upside-down burning forest. Does anyone have or know what the original pic is? Which band pic did they distort? Maybe a link... Thanks!

its clearly Cornell judging by the shape , altought the pic its blurry

Good question. I don't think there was a clear one. I think they just distorted that picture. What a great album.
