Source for iron on logo decals......?

Question

Need a source for the type decal (such as on the backhand of leather boxing gloves). Don't want the silk-screened painted on, but the type that's ironed or pressed on to the flat piece of leather pattern before the glove pieces are sewn together. Got the logo, now need the decal produced. Any ideas ?
