South Australians only...? Regarding Licence?

Has anyone lost their Licence on their L's for having no passenger??

If so how long did you lose it for?? and when can or did you get your P's??

I had a friend who was caught driving without a qualified supervising driver when they were on their L's and they were disqualified from driving for six months and had their licence cancelled and had to do the theory and driving lessons again.

They should be able to look up the exact Legal Act which applies and give you a correct answer.
