  1. You will be very lucky...theres not much. plus , most of the property related companies are really struggling . nothing is selling at the moment.

  2. Property sales in Spain are in free fall and there`s Inmobilarias going bust every day,,with a weak pound against the Euro sales to expats will also be restricted as is their overseas income,,bar work is dodgy and not plentiful, unless you have lots of money of are one of the 1% lucky ones whos start up business flourashes you ain`t got a hope in h**l,,,

  3. Sorry but you and others have about 0 chance of getting a good, well paid job. Property sales have plummeted. Theres no dole here either if you havent paid into the system for a while either. Come with plenty of money.

  4. heres acouple of sites first one very informative

  5. I agree with everything that has been written.  The flight path from England to Alicante isn´t paved with gold and you would be foolish to believe you will find work easily. Over the 6 years that we have lived here wle have seen several people return to the uk, usually for one or two reasons.  First, they are unable to find work or the "scheme" they have invested in fails.  Second, that even though they may have been with their partner for many years, they cannot get along with each other 24/7.  It is one thing being with someone after work and at weekends but something quite different when money is a little tight and you are together totally every day.  We count ourselves very fortunate that we have a pension to live on (retired very young by the way!!) and that we get along extremely well.  Take care....and pleasfe think very carefully before you make any decision.
