Spain Orange sim card problem?

Question

Incoming calls cannot go through; everytime i called only the answering machine in Spanish language I heard. Phone is always on. outgoing calls - yes, they can call. Appreciate you help.

Sorry, but most of my friends that were with orange have changed over to movistar...it seems to be much better.

I have an Orange phone, never had any problems with it. Try taking it to the next Orange store and ask them.
