Spanish dinner ideas?

im making rice and beans with platanos i don't know what else i should make or what meat or how to season it help please!!!!

  2. That's not a Spanish dish, but a Latin dish. You can also have shredded meat. Boil meat, when soft shred it by hand, it's really easy. Then, put some sliced onions, pepper, etc. in a pan with some oil, add the shredded meat and cook it at slow fire. add some Worcester sauce and salt and pepper and cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes. It will be the best complement for those beans and rice.

    For the plantain, slice it diagonally and fry it in hot oil.

    your dinner will be a success.

I would make arroz con pollo but since you have most of your meal planned other than the meat how about just putting a generous coating of sazon' seasoning on chicken pieces (wings and drumsticks, thighs, b*****s etc...) and bake them.  simple and cheap and tastes great with the rice and beans and platanos.

  4. Pork chops,

    Just blend some garlic cloves, adobo, sazon and a little salt with vinegar in a blender, liquefy and pour the mixture over your pork chops, rub it on then fry them in oil, preferably canola, but corn would do fine...
