Spanish languages courses in Spain?

Of those who have studied in these locations, which would you recommend and why?

Madrid or Malaga

I live in Spain and have had lessons on a 1to 1 bases for 2 years but if you ask anyone the only real way to learn a language is to work with the natives ,get a job in a Spanish speaking bar you will pick it up much quicker.
