How do I memorize the spanish speaking countries and capitals?

Flash cards are a good idea. You can write the country on one side, and the capital on the other. Then look at one side and guess what's on the other.

For memorizing things, it helps me sometimes to say things out loud.

make flash cards to memorize the capitals with the countryes and rememer how many there are and memerize them until you know them all..try writing them over and over or reading them over and over or saying them over and over what ever works for you...
