Speaker Phone?

My boss always puts me on speakerphone when I call her. I hate it! I can't hear well on it and I know everyone in my department can hear me talking. (I work out in the warehouse and everyone else works in the offices). What is a polite way to ask her to take me off speakerphone? Sometimes I need to talk to her about my co workers and I don't want them to hear. Help!!

Simply say, "I have something confidential to tell you. Please take me off speakerphone."
