Speaker help?

I am looking for lots of noise... I want some speakers that are going to be really loud, but the problem is i dont know what to get to get started, i want speakers that i can have and take places and i can plug in my ipod, mp3 sorta thing. So if you could tell me what i would need it would be very helpfull thanks.

Speakers only reproduce what they are fed. In order to be loud you have to have amplification..... an amplifier. Then you need speakers that can handle the power output of the amplifier.

You will also need a power source to operate the amplifier. Be sure it has ample current capability or else you'll have distortion.

Well you need a deck to plug in your mp3. i recomend sony i just bought one with a front AUX for $130.  Speaker wise i would recomend Kickers they are really good i bought a pair for $100 and they sound great.  the best thing to do is take your car to circuit city or a car audio place and ask them what they recomend and they might be able to give you an idea on the best product.
