For over a year this boy has been stalking me. And once he even touched me in my b***s. I told his special techer and he never stopped. He is always staring at me and now Im in high school and he still finds me. Last year he always waited outside the girls locker room calling my name and is always bugging my friends and asking them why Im afraid of him.

Im afriad that he is going to take it way to far one day and seriosly hurt me. what can I do besides tell the teacher or principal which I already done.

  1. Have your parents file a complaint with the school and the system. Stalking is illegal even if the boy is in special ed.

Touching is sexual harassment. Do you have a resource officer in your high school? Complain to that person.

It could be that he truly is harmless. We have two like that at our school and we just try to keep them away from the mainstream.

  2. I think you need to talk with this person directly, because for

some reason, He doesn't know how to behave, In asking you,

to be his friend. Let him know that he doesn't put his hands on

people, in order to get their attention, or satisfy his curiosity.

as to what a breast really is. Afterall, he is in Special Ed.

Let him know he is a nice person, but you are not his type.

Do this with the principal in your presence, so there is no

misunderstanding, and he can get some counseling. <}:-})

  3. Tell him you are friends and you don't like it when he touches you there. Tell him it makes you sad and makes you not want to be his friend. From then on, always wave and say hi to him and he will grow out of it. I had a special education student call me his girlfriend for a year. You just have to compromise and pick your battles. For instance, he wrote me letters all the time at school and I would give him one back saying "Have a good day" and stuff like that. Let him think what he wants, but make sure he respects you.
