Speed Pool Question?

one of my good friends won the international championship in vegas last month. Bobby McGrath Jr. I never really knew that was such a big advent! Tell you the truth ive never ever seen him play it before. In speed pool does the ball have to stop before you can continue? And how many sets or racks do you have to do because it sounds like it would be a quick game

Just clear the table if you can make 3 at a time fine .Yes it is fast

according to applied rules, the cue ball must stop before you could shoot again, however you could continue  shooting even the object ball is  still moving.   15 object ball and 1 cue ball....the racking is random.....

during your turn, you could continue shooting until  you clear the table, even if you miss....the main thing here is how fast you are?
