Sponsorship/Funding for a trip?

Hey guys, I'm going to Japan in October with a group. All-in-all, the dues are about $8,000.00 and I was wondering if anyone had ideas for sponsorship etc.?

I'd like to have some help funding this trip.

Any ideas?

I'm a 20 year old student, work full-time, live on my own... Maybe that helps a little.
