I would like to know if you can use Visa All-Access Gift Cards as deposit methods. When it says you can use a Visa Credit Card, does it also mean Gift Cards.

Yes you could use of those, or one of the many pre-paid Mastercards. Try a search on Google for "pre-paid Mastercard" and you'll find plenty of options. All of the sports betting sites I use accept them.
