Sports help.........?

u c i play volleyball and i love improving but whenever i have an off day i get rlly frustrated with myself! and i kno this affects my playing but for some reason i cant help it. especially when i pms. sometimes i feel like im letting my team down and when im mad i feel like its making them a little upset. how do i calm myself on an off day so that i dont get so mad at myself? ive tried telling myself stuff like ull do better next time but it doesnt help. plz help! my coach notices it and she says that i rlly need to change it bc it could affect the rest of the team as well! i rlly dont want that to happen! plz help!

  1. well 1st thing i would suggest reposting this in the volleyball section

    but u can maybe go to the gym or do yoga on off days, no one can help pms(sister gets it) haha
