  1. I love volleyball and have played for 5 yeas  (so far). It deffianetly is a challenging game which keeps you fit. It's always fun and a great work out. It deffinately keeps your legs in shape.

  2. of course if you try as hard as you can

  3. yes you can. Volleyball is a high cardio sport that also requires a lot of physical fitness.

  4. As you play more volleyball you will get fitter and better at this fun sport.  However you really need to do more.  Like perhaps taking on another sport too?  If you can fit it in? I like playing Table Tennis too.. Both sports are able to played throughout a long life. Also I do some cycling - if you are able to do that? Then it is a way to get more exercise, while getting from A to B for normal errands, etc.

Being more active will lose the weight - along with watching what you eat.  To eat more healthier and also to eat less?

  5. Yes you can if you stick to it and do everything you can and work HARD!

I know i did! It will just take time mabye about a season of it or mabye 2 if you want LOTS of weight gone!!!

I hope this really helps! =)

  6. yes you can!, volleyball isnt just about hitting the ball over the net. You need to be fast on your feet which means you need to have strong legs. If you don't they will push you! i reccomend squats, lunges and wall sits.

  7. yes you definately can and will last season I lost about 7 lbs. we conditioned everyday! and most drills you are running around doing something. but in that 7lbs I lost my muscles became stronger from weight room and such!

  8. yeah!  you can lose weight playing almost any sport (but volleyball's the most fun!)
