soo im on an all star cheerleading team and for the past 2 weeks weve been practicing extra (5 hours everyday) with alot of running and conditioning.well 2 days ago i sprained my ankle. well i dont know if i really sprained it but it hurts like the last time i did.anyway, what would happen if i tried to suck up the pain for the next 3 days and just practiced in order to make the team?would it turn into more than a sprain or what?thankss
