Spray paint on a wetsuit?

Would it be damaging to spray paint a wetsuit (3/2). Are there any other relatively inexpensive ways to customize a suit?

Shop around for the color you want. Look on the Internet.

The spray paint would chip right off as soon as you moved!

nah i sprayed my ****. just get water resistant. theres also waterproof sharpies and special waterproof paint pens that work well, i use on my wetsuits and boards. wish i could get a team-only wetsuit from volcom or something, those things are sick.

If you spray paint a wetsuit, the paint would be very hard to remove. It wouldn't destroy the insulating properties of neoprene. Also, it would wash out quickly when you are in the water. Since you move in a wetsuit, the paint will crack or chip off too. From what I know of, there is not really an inexpensive way to get a customized wetsuit.
