Sprint call center?

Question

I got hired today at the sprint call center ! The pay is 11.78 is this pretty average? Also, they said I have to do 10 weeks od training...is it pretty difficult to learn..Im doing technical support. Any advice or information on the job will be great! Thanks

thats pretty good pay and sprint is a great company to work for! just learn to be patient. customers can be frustrating, but what i always do is put myself in their shoes and imagine their frustration. that usually works for me. congrats and good luck!!
