i do sprints (100m 4x1 4x2 and 200m dash) in trackand im going to start doing cross countryand i want to do distance next year in track.since ive built muscle from being a sprinterwill that slow down my distance stuff?or will it make no difference?or will it help me? and on the flip side...will doing distance make my sprints faster, or slower?i was pretty much just wonderingand will i lose muscle from distances?
