  1. oooo those are my fav's!.

    *Run on your toes

    *Keep your stride open

*Don't swing your arms all over the place, but use them

*Don't squeeze your hands into a fist too tightly--it tenses your muscles.

*Even if you think you're going as fast as you can, push yourself even harder, and NEVER let anyone pass you!

  2. Well, let's see always run open handed, not in a fist. this tightens your muscles and you'll run slower. Remember, you may think you're running your fastest, but, fact, you can always run faster. Last but not least, believe in yourself and think positive. if you don't believe in yourself, no one will. My boyfriend runs college track. Actually he's at NCAA regionals right now and I always tell him to think positive. thinking positive will make yourun faster, its a fact. so remember this. try not to be so nervouse, you can't copete up to your potiential if you're nervous. good Luck

  3. heres what I did. For short distances, start out running 3 blocks, then walk one. Every 2 weeks, increase by one block for running.

But not every day, cause you will over work yourself. Here is the schudele.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday run. Rest on the other days.
