Spybot help !!?

i had viruss on my computer then i got spybot and it cleaned it out then i restarted my comp then internet exp and firefox dont come up or run realy realy slow ! how can i get my internet back up to normal ? and was spybot the cause of this

I don't know anything about Spybot, but I wanted to recommend SuperAntiSpyware. It is free and it removed a virus and spyware I had on my computer.

Spybot does not remove viruses.  It only removes spyware.  You need an antivirus program as well as a antispyware program.  try www.avast.com for virus protection.

ps. spybot sucks anyway.
