Spyware doctor dont work?

i installed spyware doctor and updated but when i start it it say the maleware removal databases have not been installed and must be downloaded before the product can be used . i started smartupdate still dont work restarted pc and still dont work

If you purchased the product you should contact PC Tools in Australia.

[e-mail]  Advise them of your problem. I had the software and dumped and demanded a refund which I received as I thought it was pure junk.  Or go to the URL, and see where you can ctc. their support.
