Spyware in HyperCam 2 folder?

I have a problem with a spyware virus which somehow got into my hpercam folder. I have Norton 360 as my anti virus protection but I found the virus using a program called no adware. The file name ends with /hycam2 which is obviously hypercam2. Should I completely delete the HyperCam folder? What can I do? I keep selecting "delete all threats" but nothing happens. What exactly does spyware do to my computer? it gives a message that says "severe" and i'm afraid it might start causing me problems in the future. Please help!

yeah you definitely need to try to get rid of that otherwise its going to really damage your computer when it running slow that means you have spy ware.
