i have a st bernard/goldendoodle and he is about 95 pounds and he is just beautiful. he has a majestic gate, he doesnt drool, he does shed alot but that doesnt bother me, he is the sweetest dog, is a genius, he will growl and bard on que, but wags his tail at the same time haha.. he would never hurt a fly. anyway.. ive looked up st bernard/goldendoodle mix on the internet and i havent found ANYTHING on any dogs like him. my question is does anyone else have a golden st. berdoodle? oh and all 13 of his brothers and sisters were all black with a white patch on their chests, so hes kinda one of a kind! his mom was a black goldendoodle but looked like a black poodle. so he looks like his daddy!

  1. My Aussie/Great Pyrenees mix is a fly-ball champion, he also holds record for large-breed agility competition. He holds record for obedience, he also works as a service dog.

Just enjoy your dog as is.

The chances of finding another dog like him of the same mix is LITERALLY one in a million. Mutts are unpredictable in temperament, looks, biological systems and personality.

I've talked to other owners who own Aussie/GP mixes and my dog is on the other end of the spectrum.

  2. I bet there are more mutts like him out there. But it would be hard to find them. Different mutts act differently. Your dog has three different breeds in him and that leaves a whole lot of varieties for the same mix dogs out there. So finding his mix specifically is very, very difficult. Most mutts are one of a kind dogs.

  3. I searched ans found this.

    http://breederinfocenter.com/images2/200...  it's a st. bernard goldendoodle

I've met and known people with goldendoodles but non w/ st bernard mixed. sorry.

  4. Okay, so a 3 breed mutt?

There *isn't* any info on his mix. That is mainly because mutts have a very open gene pool, and can take the traits of either parents.(Therefore, unpredictable) Your best bet is to look up a Golden, Poodle, and a St. Bernard..He could be like any of them.

  5. He was probably backyard bred.

My sis has a few odd backyard bred mixes and haven't been able to find any online either.

  6. He is a three way mix in other words a MUTT!!! Yes mutts are the best dogs but stop trying to pass them off as a breed and stop giving them cutesy names. They do not breed true and and therefore your dog is definitely one of a kind and no other dog will be like him, which is great. I have a mutt that I think is the best dog ever. You will find no information on him as he is a mutt.

  7. umm, a goldendoodle isnt a breed.

    its a mixed breed.

and most mutts/mixed breeds are very lovely.

my favorite mutt mixed breed we had was a chow chow/newfoundland/ samoyed mix.

her name was Lucy, and she was black with a white undertail lol.

she barked and growled on command also, she knew 'get em', 'watch em' 'attack' and lots more.

the most funniest thing that she ever did was she loved pickles. so me and my sister got a sliced pickle and put it on the wall, so it stuck, and she would jump off the ground trying to get the pickle lol.

    i loved that dog.

  8. can you please post a picture of him Ide love to see what he looks like

  9. I wish I had a a st. bernard.

  10. You can't find anything because he's a mutt. Because he has three different breeds in him, you can't predict what he will be like (size, color, appearance, temperament, etc.)

  11. He would be considered a mutt.  You won't find anything on the internet because there is no such breed.  They are mixed breeds which means mutt and usually found at shelters unless some unethical breeder finds people dumb enough to buy their mutts.
